Position
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Supporting Rescue Operations.
Assists With Rescue Teams, Rescue Training and other duties as required.
Will act as support to other branches where additional support is needed.
Sales- Will work with sales team to grow new business and help assist in building relationships.
Safety - Will support and supplement measures to ensure safety protocols are being followed and that safety is instilled as a priority to all employees.
Staffing - Work with Rescue Manager to assess rescue resource levels and skill levels.
Training - Will assist with scheduled training to meet the manpower needs of each branch.
Scheduling - Will schedule rescue teams to fulfill customer requests Equipment - conduct periodic audits to ensure rescue equipment is up to standard, working with the ARM to arrange for replacement or repair as needed.
Field Work - May be required to work job sites as part of the rescue team.
Will fill the role needed for particular jobs.
Assessment - Evaluating the skill levels of rescue staff and designating the appropriate level within the rescue team structure (e.
g.
Rescue Technician, Lead 1) Rescue Employment:
Position may require presenting recommendations to Directors of Rescue regarding the hiring or termination of rescue staff.
Disciplinary Action - Position will require the discipline of rescue staff members for violations of policy, procedures, or other infractions sufficient to warrant such disciplinary action.
Evaluations - Position will provide written evaluations of performance of rescue members for the annual or other periodic assessment of staff and report these findings to Rescue Management Team.
Customer Relations- Position will require meeting with customers and obtaining feedback, offering support and building relationships.
Recruiting- Will work with Rescue Managers to develop pipeline of talent to ensure adequate roster sizes.
Paperwork Retention - Will ensure paperwork is scanned daily and completed properly.
Other - Ability to coach, mentor and develop Rescue personnel (e.
g.
Lead by Example).
Work with the Rescue Manager to develop and approve Rescue pre-plans.
Ensure consistent inventory and inspection of equipment at each branch is being completed appropriately.
Work with administrator to audit rescue documents for completion and retention.
Guarantee rescue compliance to policies, procedures and guidelines.
Make certain the hands-on training facilities are maintained and functional.
Continually enhance rescue-related training for rescue staff.
Assess rescue resource levels and skill levels; provide recommendation to Rescue Manager regarding staff performance and areas of improvement.
Will be counted on to act as Rescue Manager for support during times of PTO.
