RESPONSIBILITIES Coupling energy and eagerness with attention to detail, the ISR will manage large amounts of inbound calls and emails, providing critical support to help grow existing and new markets.
They will also manage outbound sales calls driving sales opportunities.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and close incoming sales opportunities.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships, encouraging customers to lean on you for future quotes and orders.
Entering customer information leads and orders into HEXA's CRM Managing the customer relationship throughout the Sales Process until the order is closed.
Overseeing customer orders through the fulfillment process.
Supporting the Outside Sales team.
Participating in company-led and 3rd party product training to better present solutions to our customers.
Participating in company-funded sales training to further develop sales skills, techniques, and strategies, providing our customers with a world-class, solutions-driven experience.
Working with sales leadership to develop a measurable plan to grow the market, brand, and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS Must present and communicate professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical & problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Sales experience in industrial markets or related a plus.
Previous Inside Sales or Outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success a plus.
Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Qualifications:
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
Must complete pre-employment testing.
Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and training.
ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH AS AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE, A PLUS WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment Occasional trade show or customer event involvement.
