Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Process returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and promote special offers or discounts - Conduct product demonstrations when necessary - Assist customers with locating products or answering questions - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints -Sweep, mop, dust, basically maintain a clean store environment Skills:
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Multilingual or skills, especially , to assist diverse customer base isn't mandatory but certainly helps.
- Knowledge of vape products and accessories.
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and pricing Note:
