Essential Functions:
In this role you will be accountable for:
Prepare invoices for customers Process invoices in customer portal ( Ariba, SAP, Couple, Open Invoice etc.
) Responds to customer inquiries and requests Responds to Sales department request Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with monthly reporting, as assigned Perform other duties as assigned Proactively engage and support company initiative designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum five (5) years accounting/Oil & Gas billing experience Knowledge of D365 and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is a plus Experience with Time & Material is a plus Proficient with latest versions of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively Monday-Friday 8:
00-4:
30-- Overtime as needed during the month end close process.
