Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service - Handle cash transactions and process payments through the Aloha POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Strong bartending skills, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine - Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately - Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our establishment.
