Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations - Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction - Manage and supervise hotel staff, including training and development - Assist with budgeting and financial management - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Assist with human resources functions, such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Previous IHG, Opera experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Job Types:
