This position will be responsible for coordinating closely with our corporate operations team, manufacturing, and crew supervisors with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Evaluate sales plans/job history to effectively determine the viability of scheduled jobs and resolve discrepancies with plans vs.
actual jobs.
Communicate with Technicians/Supervisors on availability, travel, timecards, job information, daily updates, on-site issues, etc.
Prepare Technicians/Supervisors regarding travel, safety job requirements and expectations, etc.
Assign personnel to meet job requirements taking into consideration the size of the unit, job requirements, access ability, experience, etc.
Create and organize hardcopy job files for quick/future reference and update the scheduling board.
Coordinate with HR on possible job requirements, such as drug screening, training, documentation, etc.
Track and coordinate shipments of job packets to ensure efficient submission.
Act as a line of communication from salesman/client to Conco for all expectations, requirements, scheduling, etc.
Deliver questions or concerns from plant contacts to salesmen unable to reach the appropriate salesman, and deal with the issue personally.
Confirm all jobs are performed to Conco standards with both customer and crew.
Coordinate job schedule with Travel and make travel arrangements when Travel is out of the office.
Coordinate with manufacturing and equipment to ensure items are available, as well as come back in acceptable condition.
Distribute storage unit information to Supervisors, schedule annual/follow-up visits to maintain stock and repair equipment; Alternate weeks/weekends on call.
Log all changes, downtime, or anything that may result in pricing changes on the dashboard.
Adhere to the Employee & Supervisors Responsibilities section outlined in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual Skills Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees.
Must know production scheduling and shop operations.
This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can motivate others.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
Solid knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience & Education BA 4 year Business related degree preferred; Scheduling/dispatch experience preferred; Valid Drivers License with a good driving record; Must be authorized to work within the United States; Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 75 lbs.
; Crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, squatting, driving, sitting or standing (particularly for long periods of time); Flexible schedule overtime required, regularly scheduled on-call evening and weekend coverage; Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
