We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transportation and Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout their logistics journey.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Coordinate closely with various internal departments, including operations, dispatch, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and recommend appropriate solutions.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
Handle escalated issues with diplomacy and efficiency, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
2 year degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
