Summary:
HOTEL Experience is MUST We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Housekeeping and Laundry Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests.
This is a paid position with opportunities for growth within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards - Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities - Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors - Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly - Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and ensure all necessary items are available - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels - Maintain a neat and organized laundry area
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required - Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed
