Sales Support Specialist with Salesforce knowledge

The Sales Support Specialist will provide support for the Sales Manager, General Manager and Account Managers for the Gulf Region office in La Porte, TX. The position may also provide assistance to the VP of Business Development on an as-needed basis.
GEM Mobile Treatment Services is a specialized division of Evergreen Industrial Services. GEM provides services to the refining, petrochemical and power industries with state-of-the art engineered solutions for the vapor control and waste water treatment markets, including thermal oxidation and vapor scrubbing.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Assist Account Managers with Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM program, opportunity, and/or contact data entry and maintenance
Prepare and generate various sales and pipeline reports from SFDC as may be requested for various meetings or reports
Assist Account Managers with proposal preparation by providing (non-technical) review, distribution, and filing
Obtain and enter Purchase Orders and billing information and set up Project Form to initiate the project with GEM Operations
Manage contract renewals with existing customers and assist with developing contracts with new customers
Manage post-project customer satisfaction surveys
Marketing Support
Work with Sales & Marketing Dept in support of email blast / marketing campaigns
Draft marketing verbiage, including post-project descriptions and case studies
Assist with preparation of various power point marketing presentations, other marketing documents
Maintain vendor relationships for customer appreciation gifts
Assist with preparation for trade shows and conferences
Maintain electronic and hard copy of line cards and other service line information
Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or 5 years direct sales and marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to adapt to different communication styles
Demonstrate strong PC skills and Internet research knowledge:
Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint is required Expert knowledge of SalesForce.com CRM program
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving sales environment
Superior organizational and time management skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
