Summary:The Civil Planner/Estimator will be part of the Jacobs Field Services team.  In this support role, the Field Planner will be the primary point of contact for the planning of all maintenance and capital project work in the assigned area.   Responsibilities: Develops detailed schedules and work plans Facilitates agreement with multiple departments on milestone dates Provides technical direction on projects, formulation and developing advance scheduling and planning concepts Develops, maintains, and analyzes critical path plans and related schedules Monitors job progress in relation to schedules Coordinates with material expediters concerning critical items of supply Participates in expenditure forecasts Perform schedule analysis Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of field experience in planning for turnarounds, capital projects, maintenance and/or industrial construction Experience in refineries and/or petrochemical plants Familiar with refinery equipment, exchangers, heaters and towers. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
