Admissions Director

JOB ADVERTISEMENT As our Director of Admissions, you will manage the facility's inquiry and admissions process, coordinate and implement effective facility sales and marketing programs as well as manage tours, personal visits and assessments. GENERAL PURPOSE Responsible for business development plan including conducting market analysis, generating qualified leads and making sales calls on behalf of assigned center(s) to achieve sales plan target(s). Develops and builds relationships with assigned medical, insurance, legal and financial professionals while leading sales strategies to promote services and clinical expertise. Oversees the Admission function of the facility and coordinates external events to position the center(s) as the provider of choice. Responsible for coordination of all sales and admissionevents within the PCC/CRM. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Design and review the Living Center(s) 30/60/90 day business development plan with the Marketing Team to include the ED and DNS Conducts a significant number of business development calls/visits outside the Living Center(s) each week. These include, but not limited to health care providers, Physicians, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, and other community contacts Responds to and/or assigns all inquiries from hospitals, families and other lead sources Manages the admission process by maintaining updated bed availability and facility services. Effectively manages occupancy levels and census/premium mix enhancement Maintains relationship with the Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager to assure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions and communicate with all appropriate internal departments Ensure appropriate admission papers and signatures are obtained from residents or responsible parties prior to admission and communicate special needs of new admits to staff ensuring a smooth transition and stay Maintain and monitor an inquiry and admissionreport to ensure all are followed up on appropriately Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and patient service evaluations including digital and center surveys, website and respond accordingly Initiation and coordination of leads through all qualified sources and contact with patients and families Gather and analyze local market data to determine community needs and identify qualified leads Organize and host special events and presentations targeted at community education, establishing and maintaining relationships for the LivingCenter(s) a minimum of 1 per quarter Assist the ED to set up and provide education to the 5 deep back up team including tour training, admission Packet signing, hospital/referral follow up, etc. Also ensure the proper collateral and marketing materials are available Leverage sales software to track and report on all internal/external business development activities CODE OF CONDUCT Must adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy including documentation and reporting responsibilities.  Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Clinical, healthcare, or related industry experience Bachelors degreepreferred Minimum two (2) years' experience in outside sales, business development, marketing or related experience Experience in healthcare related lead generation preferred Experience in post-acute or acute organization preferred Clinical or Healthcare leadership experience background preferred Knowledge of healthcare delivery system including levels of care and reimbursement models is preferred Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job Knowledge and experience with Managed Care, Medicare, state specific Medicaid regulations and electronic referral management Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with changing priorities Ability to work without management oversight Experience with Microsoft office and aptitude to learn company specific systems Effective oral communication skills Understanding and working knowledge of services and programs offered to support community needs SAL-18-00091

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
